And it isn't easy for the girls, either! Groupies fight for his attention before the hip-hop superstar chooses a lucky winner who gets the honour of becoming the latest notch on his well-worn bedpost.

To make sure the process is as tough as it can possibly be, the bullet-riddled rapper has taken tips from watching The Apprentice supremo Sir Alan Sugar when it comes to his interviews.

The 31-year-old employed the unusual seduction method during a three-day trip to Berlin for his new album Playback.

Shunning the German capital's nightclubs, the rapper invited groups of up to 20 female 'candidates' to visit him in the five-star Ritz- Carlton hotel each night. Once there, they competed for first prize - an invitation to Fiddy's personal boudoir.

We're told: "Fiddy only selects the very best, and the rejects were consoled by his entourage.

"The girls would turn up at his hotel at 7am hoping to catch him in the lift, in the restaurant for breakfast or even in the gym.

"He would look them up and down and if he fancied them he would tell them to come back and meet him in the hotel later.

"Once there, they seemed baffled why so many of them were around and were squabbling with each other saying 'Fiddy asked me to come', 'No, Fiddy asked me'."

After letting the catfight go on for a while, the rapper - real name Curtis Jackson - would grace the harem with his presence and the interview process would begin.

We're told: "Fiddy went up to each one and fired off some questions before moving on to the next. Within 10 minutes he'd put his arm around one and lead her up to his room."

The fired girls were comforted by his sympathetic posse.

It's been a busy week for Fiddy, who jetted to London last Saturday for an all-night party where hotties including Sugababe Keisha Buchanan, and singer Amerie queued to meet him. Then, on Tuesday, he arrived in Berlin to combine meetings with Polydor label bigwigs with a little pleasure, before jetting back to the States yesterday.

At least his Berlin trip was better than last time in 2005 when he had a run-in with Robbie Williams, who moaned that his partying kept him up all night.

Fiddy later said: "He's a sucker. He said I was keeping him awake.

"He wanted to meet me but I didn't have time. Maybe that's why he was upset."

I am not saying 50 doesnt pick women. The part I dont believe is that he has them come and asks them questions and then pick. I mean, what is he gonna ask? He wants to spend the night and not more, so I dont think they would talk about politics and shit. He picks them by the look.
