U.K. pop star Allen, now making more and more stateside fans ''Smile,'' tells us how it feels starting over in America, why she still worries she's ''naff,'' and wondering if 50 Cent would like her song.

Your song ''Nan You're a Window Shopper'' is an authorized parody of a 50 Cent song, ''Window Shopper.'' Have you heard from Fitty?
LILY ALLEN: No. I doubt he's even heard it. But I'd be really interested to hear what he thought of it!

That song is included on the American version of the album but wasn't on the earlier European version. Was that because you weren't able to secure rights from 50 Cent in time for that release?
Actually, you know, [the problem with] that was the Marley estate, not from 50. He sampled a Bob Marley song. So we had to get permission from them, too.
