So, I heard Beyonce, J.Hud and the rest of the "Dreamgirls" crew were out in the UK to promote the movie. Well, lo and behold, there was one cast member that wasn't there. EDDIE MURPHY. Eddie's absence has fueled rumors that the actor fears backlash from the presumed foul treatment of Mel B of the Spice Girls. You know, she's charging that Eddie is the father of her unborn child. Eddie was kinda cold to her, but wants verification in the form of a paternity test. Anyway, I'm getting that Eddie doesn't want to field all those questions from the UK press. I heard Mr. Murphy has gotten quite a lot of hate mail over it. Be a father, if not, why bother, Ed! (Word to another Ed - ED O.G.)

NELLY AND ASHANTI BROKEN UP?

Maybe my rumor radar has been off, but I heard that Nelly and Ashanti broke up! HUH? Now, I truly can say that I don't know the facts behind this fiasco. Just a few weeks both dispelled the wedding rumors, but that doesn't mean they broke up. Maybe they are just trying to throw people off or something slick. Just when you thought it was safe. Terry McMillan's gay ex-husband is about to snitch on her Superhead style. Dude has signed a book deal that will offer a "fictionized" tell-all account on his marriage with the legendary author. As you all know, she started that mess, because her book/movie How Stella Got Her Groove Back is based on their relationship. I mean, her book doesn't include the gay stuff, the rage she feels now and the unhappy ending. I think Terry got styled on. Sorry. This is an Oprah show ready to be made - or re-made!

VICK IS IN THE CLEAR?

You might not have been hearing this, because positive news isn't attractive. But, anonymous sources with the NFL are claiming that Michael Vick is innocent on trying to smuggle a weed water bottle into the airport. Most people know that Mike "allegedly" gets his swerve on, but this instance might prove different. Its hard to fathom that he could be so foolish as to try to smuggle weed on a plane when he's rich and can cop more of the greenery. I couldn't even get my Dax hair grease in there. They took it!
