It was probably a fan who did it. People were fighting with the security to get on stage with 50.
And while 50 didn't wanted to disappoint his fans even though it wasn't really safe for him to perform he continued to do the show. If it was Wayne he would've left a long time ago.

Anyway like I said. While 50 was busy performing and not alert for shit that might happened dude saw his chance to get the chain. He acted real quick.
There wasn't really much that 50 could do at that moment. It could happened to everybody except Fat Joe. Cause nobody wants to get on stage with that Fat Nigga and he didn't had jewelry on when he performed.

Rappers almost get robbed all the time when they perform. A girl tried to steel Banks his ring once, DMX got a scar on his wrist cuz tsomebody tried to get his watch at a concert. And Coolio got robbed big time when he jumped into the crowd.
