Nas, DJ Khaled Support Unsigned Artists During Showcase

Hip-Hop star Nas will give an exclusive performance during a star-studded showcase featuring several upcoming unsigned artists.

On Thursday (April 23), Miami’s DJ Khaled will host BMI’s 12th Annual Unsigned Urban Showcase, which in addition to Nas, will feature performances by Trey Songz and Novel.

Nas is expected to perform a medley of his hits with a backing band, Mulatto.

Super producer Dallas Austin, Czar Ent. CEO Jimmy Rosemond, Capitol Records Senior VP Leonard Brooks, Def Jam EVP Chris Hicks, Polo Grounds’ CEO Bryan Leach and a host of other notable executives will serve as judges for the evening.

The final artists performing in front of the judges include Ryn Nicole, Kameron Corvet, 718 and Rain. The event takes place at 9:00 PM at E.S.S.O.
