Suge Knight Responds To Robbery Accusations, "Akon & Them Telling Like That"

Spotted at a gas station, Suge and his entourage answered questions regarding the alleged incident.

"Whoa, whoa whoa," Suge said in an on-street interview. "Akon and them telling like that? I don't know nothing about that. Eh I don't know anything about that...I got a new show coming on, it's about violence. Aight homie." "Eh tell Akon we don't know nothing about that, this is California," one of Suge's entourage members said. "Stop snitching. We don't know anything about that...we out here in the West." (TMZ)

Akon previously said he had no knowledge of Suge's involvement in his producer's robbery.

"All I know, we always had peaceful conversations," he said of Suge. "I'm trying to figure out why it's escalating to this extent. We never had no problems. All I can do is the right thing. Everything always works itself out." (MTV)

One of Detail's employees, Christopher Walker, implicated Suge as the person behind the incident last week.

At about 3:00 AM five men broke into his home with guns and were there to collect a debt on behalf of Suge Knight. They claimed Detail owed Suge money, and then proceeded to collect on the debt. They stole $170,000 worth of jewelry from his room. Walker adds they demanded a key to the safe and said they would kill all four people in the house if they didn't get it. The robbers didn't get the key, instead, they took the 130 pound safe. They also took stereo equipment and a key to a Mercedes. A police source tells us it's more like $300,000. (SOHH)

The robbery allegedly stems from the fight between Akon associate Robert Carnes Jr. and Knight in mid-February.

Officers arrested Carnes and another man Thomas Anderson, 33, for assault and disorderly conduct. Suge Knight was transported to SHC-Osborn hospital where he was treated for facial injuries. Carnes and Anderson were booked into Scottsdale City jail and are being held in custody. (AZ Family)
