T-Pain badly injured in Freak accident and loses his teeth!!!! (Video Inside)

GDEMagazine.net reports that T-Pain who was supposed to be onsite taping his part in the new Lil Kim video was unable to attend the video shoot because he was involved in a freak accident involving a Golf Cart. It is understood that T-Pain's golf cart tumbled over and as a result T-Pain is missing 4 teeth and has various cuts and bruises across his face and body. Lil Kim also reported that she will wait for T-Pain to heal to finish the final cut of the video so that he can still appear in her video. For the full video footage to this story please visit
