Nas and Damian Marley To Release CD In June

Rapper Nas and reggae artist Damian “JR Gong” Marley have announced a new album and will highlight their collaborative effort tonight in Los Angeles.

The upcoming album is slated for release in June of this year.

The newly christened team will appear tonight at the Grammy Museum at L.A. Live in Los Angeles at 8 p.m.

The pair will perform a number of teaser songs and entertain questions from reporters and fans.

Marley and Nas will also play the Rothbury Festival from July 2nd-5th festival with acts like The Dead, Bob Dylan, Willie Nelson, Damien “Jr. Gong” Marley, The Black Crowes, G. Love & Special Sauce and Les Claypool.

This isn’t the first time Nas and Marley have worked together.

The tune on Welcome To Jamrock was gd, so itll b nice 2 hear an album.
I think, even tho sum people r saying that collabo albums dont work, that this will wrk, as long as they keep it 2 like 10-12 tracks! Just put the proper gd tunes on ther!
