Jim Jones Denies Phone Call W/ Cam'ron, "I Don't Know What He's Talking About"

Byrd Gang leader Jim Jones has denied Cam'ron's claims that the former business partners recently had a phone conversation.

In a new interview, Jones rebuffed questions about a recent phone conversation with Dipset's majority leader.

"Who?" Jones asked radio personality Angela Yee. "I don't know what that's about because everybody been telling me that and I'm the only one that don't know about it. I don't know what he's talking about. If the money's right [we'll talk.]" (Shade 45)

Cam'ron recently revealed that his efforts to reach out to Dipset members resulted in a conversation with his estranged partner Jim Jones.

"I called [Freekey Zekey's] phone four or five days ago and Jim picked up [Freeky] Zekey's phone. Me and him spoke for about 10 or 15 minutes, but me and Zeek speak all the time. I haven't spoken to Juelz [Santana]...It was cordial. He knew it was me...He said we was gonna holla, maybe we'll put something together. But in the immediate future, I'm just doing Cam." (MTV News)

The rapper's distance with Juelz may be due to an earlier interview where he discussed the rapper's alleged syrup addiction.

"Juelz started drinking syrup, Robitussin," Cam'ron told hip-hop personality Miss Info. "He got hooked on it, addicted to it, you go to the studio he got, like, a hundred Hawaiian Punches already pre-mixed with the stuff in it. So I kinda stopped speaking to him like, we already smoked mad weed, we don't need to be on Robitussin. I called his mother about it." (Miss Info)

Despite accusations of doing Juelz "dirty," Cam recently spoke with SOHH to debunk these claims.

"As far as I'm concerned I never did Juelz wrong," he said. "I made sure he seen any contract we signed. He didn't do a deal 'til he was over 18. I can't do you wrong if you're an adult. I don't know exactly what he's talking about." (SOHH)

Cam is on some crazy shit since he battled 50 and Dipset started fallen apart.He says Jimmy and him spoke but Jimmy says no what the fuck is going on.Jimmy and Juelz can do some big things still but I think Cam's career is fuckin done.He is garbage and his CD isgonna flop if he ever releases it.
