Rapper Coolio Robbed After Stage Dive

Coolio Coolio was reportedly robbed of his jewelry and other valuables when he tried to stage dive at a concert at Staffordshire University in the UK.

Apparently Coolio tried to stage dive and the crowd parted leaving the rapper in the middle of the floor. The crowd then rushed Coolio taking not only his jewelry but also his shoes and bandanna before being saved by security. A bartender who witnessed the incident said when Coolio dove off stage he landed on a girl which caused the reaction by the rest of the crowd.

Coolio has been known more as an actor than a rapper lately. Besides appearing in numerous movies he also had his own reality show that showcased life with his family called Coolio Rules. The show was broadcast on the Oxygen network. In January of this year he also joined the cast of Celebrity Big Brother (UK Edition).

The Compton California native's most successful album was 1995's Gangsta's Paradise. The title song was also on the Dangerous Minds soundtrack. Since that time Coolio has released five more solo albums but none have done well sales wise.
