Diddy Reveals New Album Secrets, "T-Pain Showed Me Tricks Nobody Knows"

Hip-Hop mogul Diddy has revealed details on his forthcoming album Last Train to Paris announcing the release date and the list of producers which includes T-Pain, The-Dream and more.

The Bad Boy CEO has prepared his sixth album for a fall release.

"It's deeper than any of the other stuff I have ever made," Diddy said. "Last Train to Paris comes out in September...T-Pain gave me permission to use the vocoder, the Auto-Tune, and he showed me various tricks that nobody knows but him and myself." (All Headline News)

Diddy has recruited a star-studded line-up of producers for the upcoming project.

As with all of his albums, the new CD will include collaborations with hot-right-now producers The-Dream and T-Pain and perhaps overly familiar names on the urban-pop front; The Neptunes, Rodney Jerkins, Mario Winans and Tricky. (Baltimore Sun)

The premise of Last Train to Paris will revolve around a fictional love story between Diddy and a woman he meets while in Europe.

"I'm infatuated with her, really blown away," Diddy told MTV. "We wind up spending the night together. I never get her name. When I wake up, she's gone. A couple of months go by, and I bump into her again on tour overseas." The story will not only be told in an album, he is planning a short film to go along with it, and a DVD of the movie will be included with the CD. (MTV News)

While originally believed to be retiring after 2006's Press Play album, Diddy claims it was his time to return to fans.

"I've been a businessman for the past two years," he said in a statement. "It's time for me to focus on being an artist again. I am going to show the world a new refreshing side of me. Get on or get off!" (Hollyscoop)

Last Train to Paris is currently scheduled to drop Tuesday, September 22.
