Jennifer Hudson Murder Suspect Pleads Not Guilty
Posted: Tuesday - January 20, 2009 The suspect arrested in the murder case of Jennifer Hudson's mother, brother, and nephew, has just plead not guilty in an Illinois courtroom. As previously reported by Yo! Raps, Chicago police originally arrested William Balfour, the estranged husband of Jennifer's sister, "as a person of interest" in the slayings of Jennifer Hudson's family. He subsequently indicted on three counts of first degree murder. According to TMZ, investigators are claiming Balfour murdered the family because of a disagreement with Jennifer's sister. At press time, Balfour was still behind bars with the Illinois Department of Corrections awaiting his next court date on January 27. Source: yoraps
