DMX Misses Another Court Date, Issued Warrant For Arrest

Troubled rapper DMX has been issued a warrant for his arrest after missing a court appearance today (December 5) in Arizona.

According to TMZ, a Maricopa County judge claims the Yonkers, New York-bred emcee was supposed to be present in court for drug, identity theft and animal cruelty charges but was no where to be found.

X's attorney, Bradford Cohen, has reportedly told TMZ his client is currently residing in an undisclosed rehab facility. Cohen says X was supposed to show the Arizona judge paperwork justifying his absence due to medical issues.

X is also being forced to post a $120,000 cash bond or possibly face jail time.
In related news, the former Def Jam rap star was rushed to an emergency room in Florida earlier this year due to an alleged fear of having a stroke.

I am a huge DMX fan and i love his songs, he is like one of the best rappers of all time but he needs to reinvent his image to the public, the idea of him behind bars constantly and taking drugs is really hurting his fans and the sales will follow im sure....
