Double O Of Kidz In The Hall Sues Arizona Club Over Beatdown

Kidz In The Hall member Double O has reportedly filed a lawsuit against an Arizona nightclub after being assaulted by the nightspot’s security earlier this year.

In July, after a performance at Club Peso with his group mate Naledge, Double-O was attacked by five bouncers after getting into an altercation with one of the bouncer's over a bottle of vodka. [Watch Video Of The Assault]

Double O would suffer a broken eye socket that had to be surgically repaired.

According to The Arizona Republic, Double O is seeking $500,000 to $1 million in damages for medical expenses and lost income.

The rapper claims he missed concerts while he was recovering and his medical expenses totaled about $70,000.

Police would charge Double-O with misdemeanor assault and disorderly conduct after the incident but the charges were dropped after he performed community service.

The owners of Club Peso could not be reached for comment.
