On this week's Billboard 200, the usual suspects are still moving units -- T.I., Lil wayne, and Young Jeezy. However, one singer made his presence known by cracking the top 5.

John Legend entered the charts at no. 4 this week with his third album, Evolver, which sold 133,000 copies. His previous album, Once Again, debuted at no. 3 in 2006 with 231,000 copies.

Later down the rankings is T.I.'s Paper Trail, slipped from no. 3 to no. 7 this week with 77,000 more copies sold. After five weeks, the ATL rapper cracks a million sales.

In at no. 15 is Ne-Yo's Year of the Gentleman, selling 26,000 copies this week, while Lil Wayne rounds out the top 20 with 23,000 copies sold of Tha Carter III.

Lady GaGa's debut album, The Fame, opened at no. 17 with 24,000 copies sold. Her first single "Just Dance," featuring Colby O'Donis, debuts on the Mainstream Top 40 radio airplay chart this week at No. 34, after peaking at No. 2 on the Hot Dance Club Play chart in June. Her set also features a guest appearance by Flo Rida.

Toward the bottom of the Billboard 200 is Joe Budden's latest, Halfway House, landing at no. 183 with just over 3,000 units sold.

According to Billboard.com, sales this week are down 1.7% from last issue's charts and down 25% from same week last year.
