Max B Dishes On Recent Arrest, Dipset Issues

In a recent interview with Allhiphop.com, Max B gave up the goods on his recent run in with the law, claiming it had nothing to do with a rumored altercation with his former Dipset compadres.

Earlier this week, Freekey Zekey released a video claiming that he and Max B were involved in a dispute outside of a South Bronx gentleman's club. According to Zekey, the incident quickly escalated to a physical confrontation resulting in Max's arrest.

According to Max, however, he was in Miami when Zekey says the incident took place. Upon returning to New York on Saturday (October 11), he was detained by NYPD because of his failure to take care of an excessive amount of traffic violations.

Although Max was able to explain away his alleged fight, Jim Jones' recent comments have many fans thinking twice about the status of his career.

"I own him, so you tell me when his album's gonna come out," Jones told Rhapsody.com. "He sold his publishing to me for like 100 stacks or whatever the bail was when hew as cryin' to get me out of jail. He signed to me, not Asylum. He won't be coming out with an album anytime soon."

But Max insists he is still on good terms with his former crew, sarcastically saying that he "couldn't have made it this far without them."
