G-Unit’s 40 Glocc Named As Crips Gangleader, Targetted By Authorities

Last week, eighteen members of the Colton City Crips gang in San Bernardino, California were served with injunction papers. Among them was G-Unit associate 40 Glocc. In this exclusive interview the west coast rapper discusses his new restrictions.

An injunction is a court order which prohibits a party from committing or engaging in certain acts. For the Colton City Crips this means they are forbidden to enter their known hangout, the SB Liquor Market, and the Arbor Terrace apartment complex, the suspected base of the gang’s drug operation.

“Its just a good way around racial profiling,” alleged 40 Glocc (born Lawrence White). “It’s not like you charged with a crime or nothing but how they do it is they file a civil suit. The judge grants it and they make all of these stipulations and rules. When you violate the penalty is jail time.”

The document also specifically identified 40 Glocc stating, “He uses his fame, money and notoriety through his music and videos to perpetuate and foster the image the image of Colton City Crips dominance of Arbor Terrance Apartments and the surrounding area.”

The document goes on to forbid Glocc from using his music and viral videos to spread the message of the Crips.

“They made special stipulations where I can’t talk where I come from,” he explains. “I can’t say my label… the city where I’m from. I can’t say no gangbanger sh*t to refer to my hood.”

According to the G-Unit affiliate, The District Attorney who filed the injunction has been after him for years.

“It’s like grudge,” he said. “I watched these maf*ckers grow gray hairs trying to set me up and do me in.

Nevertheless, 40 Glocc says he plans to fight back and he’s optimistic about the outcome.

“I plan to take it to the Supreme Court,” he said. “Supreme court is going to have to throw it out because it is a violation of my rights.”

In other news, 40 Glocc is planning to drop a new mixtape with fellow G-Unit signee Spider Loc.

“Me and Spider got ‘The Graveyard Shift’ bout to drop. That’s our street album,” he said. “It’s a dope album. It’s just a street album where we aint watching our language. We aint watchin’ what we say. We just doin’ us.”

The Graveyard Shift will feature appearances by Slim Thug, Noreaga, Tony Yayo, Obie Trice and Busta Rhymes.

Yeah but he is famous, I mean ok he aint on the level of Wayne, Fif etc, but how many bangers in LA can say they on songs with Fif, Mobb Deep, wasnt he in Ems You Dont Know video?
