Tracklisting Of Nelly's Upcoming "Brass Knuckles" Unveiled

Nelly's upcoming album "Brass Knuckles" has been unveiled revealing a range of featured guests lined up, with appearances from Akon, Ashanti, Avery Storm, Chuck D, Ciara, Fergie, LL Cool J, Nate Dogg, Pharrell, Snoop Dogg, St. Lunatics, T.I. and Usher.

"Brass Knuckles" is rapper Nelly's fifth studio album which is scheduled to be released with thirteen tracks on September 16, 2008 after several delays due to the competitive season in the music industry. The first single was "Wadsyaname", which was released digitally on August 21, 2007. However, because of the pushed release dates from October 16, 2007 and on, the first official single was changed to "Party People" featuring Fergie, with "Wadsyaname" not appearing on the album.

For his second single, Nelly has chosen to bring out singer Ashanti in "Body On Me". He also has Akon to produce the single. This track also appears in Ashanti's fourth studio album "The Declaration", released in early June as her lead single. "Body On Me" is "Brass Knuckles" most successful single so far, based on radio airplay and downloads.

The Jermaine Dupri produced "Stepped On My J'z" featuring Ciara and JD is the official third single with a video that premiered on June 11, 2008 on BET's Access Granted. The single "Stepped On My J'z" reached #1 on BET's 106 & Park, knocking Rihanna's song "Take A Bow" out of the top spot. Ladies look out the cover of Nelly's upcoming "Brass Knuckles" CD has also been unveiled, showing the rapper's heavily-muscled body. It replaces original cover, a close-up facial shot of Nelly.

This album won't do too good but a lot of you are sheep. If you like Nelly and the singles then you should cop the album regardless of whether he's poppin mainstream wise or not. Joell Ortiz isn't poppin and he hasn't even begun to have a "run" but he's above average artist and I support him regardless.

Oh another thing...you can't really predict whether a person's time is up or not...As much as I hate to admit it because I think he isn't needed in Hi[p Hop..Ja Rule could come back and smash everything with the right song. Same goes for Nelly..This LP might flop and then he might go on a hiatus and come back and take Hip Hop by storm again in 2010...you never know.

Nelly fell off bad his last two albums were garbage.His first three singles from this album are wack as fuck.Cut It Out with Pimp C and Sean Paul was one of the best tracks Nelly has and it was cut from the album.This album is probably gonna have a few good tracks the rest is gonna be some bullshit.He has features on every track but two and most of his features are wack like TI and Avery Storm and JD.I thought he was gonna step his game up after I heard Cut It Out but this is just more of the same bullshit.
