C-Murder (real name Corey Miller), who put in a motion to the courts more than a year ago for the second-degree murder charge of a Louisiana teenager back in the 2002 Platinum Club incident to be tossed out of court has had his request denied by Judge Martha Sassone who is presiding over his trial.The New Orleans rapper, who has been on house arrest since being released on bond felt the prosecutors mislead the grand jury who indicted him with the testimonies they presented.C-Murder's retrial will take place June 9th, 2008
