Macy’s Slaps Kimora Lee Simmons With A Lawsuit For Hiking Prices

Kimora Lee Simmons, the founder of the women’s clothing line Baby Phat and ex-wife to hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons, has been sued by Macy’s for overcharging the department store for her line of beauty products.

According to The New York Post, Macy’s claims that they signed an agreement with Kimora to supply their store with her beauty products but she allegedly hiked up their prices and refused to pay back the extra profit.

Macy’s lawsuit was filed in Manhattan Supreme Court last week. Damages being sought by the popular department were not revealed.

Kimora refused to comment on the suit when contacted.

That perfume she has smell good as fuck. i got my girl some about a year ago, and that shit cost me a arm and leg. Besides that, the shit didn't last but a month or two, and it was the biggest bottle she has. Kimora trying to break a nigga pockets for her products.
