Weapons Charges Against Jadakiss Will Be Dismissed
The Westchester County District Attorney’s office has filed a motion asking a judge to dismiss weapons and drug charges against Yonkers rapper Jadakiss. According to New York Newsday, the dismissal will become official once the judge grants the motion. ‘Kiss was arrested with two friends in his hometown last October after police said they smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle in which they were riding. A subsequent search of the car turned up an illegal firearm. The D.A.’s motion also seeks the dismissal of charges against the rapper’s co-defendant Kristian Smith. In September the third man charged, Darnell Frazier, was cleared after DNA tests could not link him to the weapon. Kiss’s attorney, Clement Patti, said it was “a travesty that the case went this far.” Source-xxlmag

Somebody got paid a lot of fuckin money to get these charges dropped and Gaydakiss is lucky cause he could of face some jail time now he is off free with no chrage and can get back to the rap career that is dead and buried.
