9 months is way too long even if he did do it. Probation is fair enough at the most. And some body said he ain't real cuz he watched his dude slap the kid. Man no disrespect bro but if you was out and one of ya home boys slapped some kid you didn't give two shits about, would you really get in his business makin a scene to tell him he's wrong? I mean it is wrong, but I ain't goin lie I just let it be. My home boys are grown men if they wanna do some wack shit like slappin a baby then its whatever but at the most I would just turn my head and say man you a fucked up cousin. I think most people might too. Obviously if it were stabbin or brutally beatin up a kid, then that's a different story. The kid ain't got a broken jaw not even a real bruise to what I'm gettin, so the slap was just as hard a diss as a spit in the face. You feel me? I'm just sayin it like it is.

Of course he rejected the plea deal of 90 days in prison cause Yayo is sayin he didn't do this shit.50's lawyers will be able to do better and I bet he gets off with no jail time at all no we gotta see what happens at the next court date or when this shit goes to trial.
