'Uh Oh' Ja Rule And Lil Wayne Arrested In Separate Incidents
Monday - July 23, 2007

Rappers Ja Rule and Lil Wayne, were both arrested for weapons possession last night in separate incidents.

According to reports, Ja Rule and two associates, were arrested around 10:37pm on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, New York, for speeding. A .40 caliber pistol was found inside the vehicle.

Lil Wayne was arrested shortly after his performance at the Beacon Theater after the police say they saw the New Orleans rapper and an acquaintaince smoking weed. Wayne was found to be carrying a .40 caliber pistol.

Coincidentally, Lil Wayne is a featured artist on Ja Rule's latest single, Uh Oh.
