I know some of this was posted .. but this is a little more info .. Explain to me how if Jimmy Rosemond was found guilty of this .. how is Gunit and Aftermath Liable for this .. not to mention Shady when he's not affiliated with gayme .. and how could they have said there was know response in a years time .. now if 50 and dre say Czar Entertainment should be resposible as the managers of gayme ... who were presentat the time of the offense .. are they gonna be labeled as snitches ... is it only me or are DJ's trying to stick it to rappers nowadays .. after they blatantly ask for trouble ...

An insurance company claims it is not liable for a $10 million lawsuit against 50 Cent, claiming the rapper took more than a year to report the assault of Richard "DJ Xzulu The Big Lipped Bandit" Dunkerson at 93.9 WKYS-FM in Lanham, Maryland.

According to The New York Post, National Fire claims 50 Cent, born Curtis Jackson, waited more than 12 months to report the assault, which effectively nullified the rapper's coverage.

The lawsuit was filed after former G-Unit member The Game and an entourage appeared on Xzulu's show in Jan. of 2005, weeks before the release of his chart-topping G-Unit/Aftermath debut The Documentary hit stores.

During the interview, Xzulu allegedly made an off-color remark about a cell-phone ear piece being worn by The Game's manager, Jimmy "Henchmen" Rosemond.

Shortly after the interview was over, police said a group of men confronted the DJ and punched and kicked Xzulu, causing serious internal injuries.

In April 2005, another man named Kwasi Jones came forward and claimed that he was beat by the pack of men the same evening as well.

Jones filed a $280 million dollar civil-assault case against The Game, G-Unit, Shady Records, and Aftermath Entertainment.

He also claimed the labels were negligent for releasing several remixes to Game's "Hate It or Love It" single which featured 50 Cent.

On the song, The Game rapped: "I'm rap's MVP/Don't make me remind y'all what happened in D.C."

While charges against The Game were eventually dropped, Rosemond was found guilty of misdemeanor assault in Feb. 2006.

Rosemond was later sentenced to three years of unsupervised probation and fined $2,500 for his role in the incident.

Seems like G-Unit and Shady are liable b/c Jimmy was part of Game's entourage and Game was signed to G-Unit and Aftermath. It sucks but they are responsible for the people kept around the artist.

^^ but gunit and czar are 2 seperate companies representing the same client (gayme) .. I don't know but i don't see how they could be liable for jimmy's actions when he acted as an individual .. and not a representative of aftermath or gunit

the issue lies into what kidn of contract was in existance between jimmy rosemond and the Unit. I am unsure....its liek if u performed a crime as a juvenile,woudl you be tried as a juvenile because that was your mindset at the time of the crime,or woudl you be tried as an adult because the punishment should be related to now?

Game was never on Gunit... he just rolled with them. Game was signed under Aftermath, and Gunit is branched off of Aftermath along with Shady//

Your wrong, he did sign with G-Unit. He said it in many songs and 50 said it himself. He signed with the unit so 50 Co produced with Dre on Documentary. Thats why his DA would of have a G-Unit label on the back of his CD. And thats why he changed label.

Its just like if Cashis drops an album, on the back it will say Aftermath/Shady Records.

And in case of Game its will say Aftermath/G-Unit Records.

cashis is just shady records along with interscope. aftermath is not involved with cashis. g-unit, aftermath and shady doesnt have any real bussiness realtion exept for the fact that the owner of g-unit records (50 cent) is signede to aftermath/shady and the owner of shady records (Eminem) is signed to aftermath records. aftermath gunit and shady are separate companies under interscope.
