I'm sorry but I can't help it, Jay-Z has been all over the news in recent weeks; so here's the latest: Professional wrestler Diamond Dallas Page is suing Jay-Z for his use of the Diamond hand gesture that has become synonymous with Jay's Roc-A-fella Records. According to sohh.com, last December Page sued Jay for illegally using his "Diamond Cutter" symbol which he allegedly has had patented. Page used to flash his "Diamond Cutter" symbol back when he was wrestling for the now defunct World Championship Wrestling television program.

On Monday, Page added Rocawear clothing to the lawsuit after he discovered that Jay was also using the sign to promote his clothing line. Page is suing to stop Jay from further using the Diamond hand gesture as well as for an undisclosed amount of money.

In legal terms, Dallas Page may have a case here, but this is definitely going to be decided by which of them has the better lawyer … keep you posted.
