Review: With a handful of mixtapes, two music video singles, and a leaked telephone conversation of Young Buck crying, it is sufficient to say that hip-hop’s greatest self-promoter was able to surround this G-Unit release with plenty of hype. And, unlike a lot of the spotty mixtape stuff that’s gone out in the last two weeks from the G-Unit crew, this stuff is all good commercial fire. The first two slammin singles off the album are easy to recognize as they both have supporting videos that play constantly on MTV Jams. They are pretty obvious: I Like The Way She Do It & Rider Part II (Links to YouTube Music Videos). You absolutely must listen to Let It Go featuring Movado… straight fire. So is Close To Me, it has that characteristic Fifty Cent NY-type bounce to it. Then, there’s a lot of stuff that isn’t gonna be single material but is still really good; kinda like Many Men was off Get Rich Or Die Tryin. We recommend listening to Party Aint Over, T.O.S. and Kitty Kat. The rest of the tracks are real lyrical too, especially the second to last joint titled Ready Or Not, where Banks lays down that Banks flow. Its a real good album from G-Unit. they are the only tracks i skip, the rest of the album is pretty impressive
