the massacre and curtis were not pop albums....just cuz they had like 2 or 3 pop songs.....they had so much more grimy stuff than pop stuff......listen to "This Is 50".....apart from Patiently Waiting, no other song in GRODT was grimier than that....in fact, i dont see whats so special about GRODT...i like What Up Gangsta, Patiently Waiting, Many Men, In Da Club, High All The Time, P.I.M.P., Like My Style, 21 Questions and Dont Push Me.....the rest were average.....i only didnt like 2 songs from Massacre or Curtis.....Gatman and Robbin and Piggy Bank both had super grimy beats.....and no dont assume me as a gunit dickrider.....i didnt like rotten apple (which u didnt like) and i dont like Yayo's and Mobb Deep's....and i thought straight outta cashville was only average which everybody thought was a classic....there was not much of a difference between all of 50's albums....take a look at the hunger for more and rotten apple....now thats a lot of difference!!!!!

and no i dont hate the game....i loved the documentary.....but i didnt like DA apart from Too Much and California Vacation...and its annoying when he disses the unit as well....of course i would find it annoying if they diss the game as well...but they dont do it as often.....

every1s opinion is different, my opinion on why curtis was a bad album was because the beats were not great 4an aftermath album, 50 relys 2much on guests for choruses... which i dont understand because thats what he's best at, but he's got nicole, mary j, akon, robin thicke, justin, and the songs are worst for it.... but most of all i think the album is lazy.... almost every track only has 2verses, now that i found annoying!! there are some really good tracks on the massacre though and outta the 2 the massacre was by far a better album, the tracks i rate as good on the massacre are:

jus a lil bit (bit pop but i do actually like it)

i like albums u can just listen 2 without skipping tracks and as far as 50 goes, grodt and beg4mercy are like that, curtis and the massacre aint

i dont think massacre and curtis are albums where u have to skip songs....and i think both albums are about the same....i actually prefer 50 singing the chorus than guests but im still fine with it.....and whats wrong if the song is short? its still good....here are the skippers for each 50 album...

like i said different people different opinions, i can listen 2da and grodt all the way through, i didnt actually say DA was a classic i said time would tell if it would be! like i said in your review, the massacre aint bad, its about a 7.5/10 imo, which is still a hell of a lot better than most recent albums with the exception of the cool, american gangster and the graduaste

u said u didnt like massacre and curtis in the post before....and both albums are around the same......they have pop songs....but like only 2, 3 or 4....
The Cool was definitely the best album of 2007....im not sure about American Gangster but definitely not graduation....u said curtis sucked...well its way better than graduation which is kanye's worst works....just cuz it won on album sales? if u complained curtis cuz it was pop (which was just 2 or 3 songs)...why dont complain about graduation for that....the only good songs in there were Flashing Lights (which was pop) and Big Brother....and some songs like I Wonder were stupid as fuck....in fact im actually guna post a review comparing curtis and graduation.....

i'll give u a comparison review now... curtis was shit, graduation was pretty good (not great) graduation may not be his best work but its got more replay value than curtis... the only thing i agree with u on is the cool being the album of the year, hands down!! i dont like curtis at all, i dont think massacre was shit just disappointing

alrite how is massacre and curtis dissapointing??? those and GRODT have pretty much the same type of songs so if u dont like those only because he keeps making the same thing over and over again then im fine with it....but other than that i think GRODT was better lyrically (not that much though)....The Massacre and Curtis had way better beats than GRODT as well as flow....

how the fuck can u say graduation is good????? its sewerage quality.....u even said its better than curtis which makes me puke! the singles were alrite....Flashing Lights and Big Brother were good....but the rest is

yeah i think curtis and massace were simular, but much different 2grodt, on grodt he had direction and focus which was lacking on the other2... therefore disappointing 2me coz i was expecting so much after likeing grodt so much

It's like this:

GRODT: awsome production, 50 was hungry as fuck, sharp flow, great creative hooks, only 1 chick track and even that one was creative

Massacre: awsome production, 50 not as hungry as on GRODT but still focused, flow was good, some of the hooks were a lil bit cheesy but still very listenable, too many chick tracks. I think he was still very hungry on Massacre, he was determined to make a worldwide album and he succeded, don't know why it get's so much hate

Curtis: cheap production most of the time from bunch of no names, 50 completley uninspired and lazy, lazy flow, uninspired hooks and only 2 or 3 tracks have 3 verses, which tells us it was rushed and done quickly.
