Before reading this note that the ratings are related to 50s previous performances , His ability and against other comercial artists/albums... So dont me mad underground fans cause if this was compared to underground albums it wouldnt be as good.... You need to take in consideration that because he is a comercial artist and really aims for high sales there are gunna be songs which are dumbed down and for pop audiences to sell.... If he did it just for the music which he should do he could make a classic album.....

My Gun Go off- Real Dope track. Real agressive track with impressive flow by 50 and he steps out of his elementary ryhmes and delivers. The hook is also amazing and reminds me of the GRODT 50. Only Critic is the length of the song

Overall- 8.5-9/10

Man Down- Telling strory of altercations with police/hate for them.... Its a creative track but not one of his best....His flow is impressive again and the beat is real dope/catchy.... The hook couldve been a bit more creative.... Dope agressive track.... Again it is really short wtf is up with 2 short verse songs??

overall- 8/10

Ill Still Kill- Another dope track...Albums sounding real good about now....Another agressive dope track..... GRODT flow and lyrics.... Dope production and hook supplied by Akon....His lyrics have stepped up again....
He shows he dont back ask preme. Again only 2 verses. Akon provides a crazy ending taking the song on by himself.......

Overall - 9/10

I get money- You all know this track.... Club banger and dope flow....A hood and club favourite which shoulve been the only track about money SMH 50...Simple by catchy hook with crazy hook which got most of 50s buzz back

Overall- 8.5/10

Come and go- Big disapointment but a unique beat, something from a horric flick. The beat is not full enough to be a club joint. And 50s back on his elementary rhyming. Dre doesnt save the track and gives only a short appearance.... No way near IN DA CLUB PT 2...

Overall- 5.5/10

So far album is dope except for come and go.

Ayo Technology- Pretty good track.... Club banger and one for the ladies...50s keeps a really good flow throught the song.... Timbo laces a dope beat and JT provides really catchy bridge and hook and probably steals the show on the song... Creative idea for the song but Fif doesnt come through with the creativity in his lyrics with his elementary rhymes...

Overall 7.5/10

Follow My Lead- Many ppl dont like this track, but personally i really like it. Nice laid back production with smooth vocals by robin...50 flows great with the song and provides a catchy/dope hook.... Couldve been more creative...But really good nonetheless...

Overall- 8/10

Movin On up- Nice laid back beat, with a another catchy hook by 50....the hook really matches the beat.... But 50 is again back on his average lyrics.... There are some nice lines in there..... Nice singing flow..... Overall he needed to step up his lyrical ability on here..... Again it is a bit short.....

Overall- 7/10

Straight to the bank- Average song.... Another song about money.... Which shouldve been taken off the album as it is already repeated in i get money and was released 4-5 months before the album dropped....Creative hook, Ok beat....Dope 1st verse then back to elementary rhyming...overall average...

OVerall- 5/10

Amusement park- Meh.... below average for me....For the chicks i guess but candy shop was alot better.... Elementary rhyming probably to suit the market at its present time where songs like ay bay aby and this is why im hot are hits.... catchy hook and creative beat....but doesnt do much for me...

Fully Loaded Clip- actually this song is pretty good, but shouldve been taken off as it is another old song.... Dope and creative hook acompanied grimey voice/flow/lyrics.... Above average rhyming by 50 which is good and a nice beat by hav....

Overall- 7.5-8/10

Peep show- Ok/trash song....not feelin the song at all.... Eminem doesnt shine in his guess spot.... overall song is bad...Good hook though.... But these 2 need to stick to Songs like " Patiently waiting" and "dont push me"....50s flow is always impressive.... so far too many girly songs.....

Overall- 3-4/10

Fire- Dope For a Club banger/commercial song..... 50s flow again impressive.....Dope beat by Dre.....Young buck is not really needed and shoulve been used for a grimier beat.... Nicole is ok on the beat...not her best.... Elementary rhyming but its a single so who cares.....

Overall 8/10

All Of me- Jake one On the beat....Providing another classic laid back beat.... MJB really shines in her spot....with crazy hook....shes really talented..... 50s flow is crazy again.... But shouldve been more creative and talked about his struggles comin up that made him all he is.... but it wasnt bad....The overall feel gives it a high rating.....

Overall- 8.5/10

Curtis 187- Dammmm.... Grimey shit... One of the best on the album...." Immmmm Grimey Immm greasssssy, I make a 187 look easy".... crazy hook... Grimey beat by hav....50s ryhming is back to the shit it should be... Flow awsome...and more personal Finnally 3 VERSES!!

Overall- 9.5-10/10

Touch the Sky- Banger of a beat....Nice way to end the album.... Yayo shines in his feature.... outshining 50 on his verse.... 50s verse is good too and crack flow....Also its a really upbeat feeling....Yayo doing real good lately....Real short again one one verse each.... Stupid....But propz for shoutin out pac and BIG....

Overall- 8/10

Overall its a good album... I thought the massacre Was better....I will exlain why later on.... But the verses needed to be longer for some songs.... His rhyming needed to be better.... but his flow was impecable.....Dope production throught the whole album......But nothing on the album which was like GOD FKN DAMMMMM......still good performance by FIF considering he did this album in a few months ( he put BISD to the side to create this album)....Good to see him go out of his regular Gunit features....the guest features really shined in their features.... I didnt think this albu wouldve been this good.... The songs really holding it back are his poppy kinda songs and elementary ryhmes...He needs to make more personal songs and make it more creative..... I think all his good shit is saved for BISD

Overall rating 7-7.5/10

Nice one fif.....hopefully he comes hard on BISD ( no homo) and that Gunit album.....

Really good review.... I agree. With it being named curtis i thought he would make it more personal. I feel if he would have cut straight to the bank, fully loaded clip, amusement park..... personally I am not feeling fire or come and go either.

Such a weak guest appearance by Dre, it was even more of a let down than Rakim on Rotten Apple.

I totally agree that it needs to be a little more personal and a less basic rhymes....

my order goes 1) Power of the Dollar 2) The Massacre 3) GRODT 4) Curtis .... it still a solid cd though.

good review, i agree with you on that peep show shit, it's a hot record but if you put 50 and em together normally you should receive something like patiently waiting.

pretty accurate review except for come and go...i think peep show would be better without eminem honestly...if you ask me the only things really hurtin this album at all are amusement park and the length of some of the songs...shit is hot tho im not sure where i rank it for him yet i need to give it some time

50 has so many different styles on this TM and flows in and out of the different feels of the cd to create nice sections so you are interested the whole cd through. I think that Gatman & Robin and candy shop are trash the rest of the cd is solid and for there being 21 music tracks that incredible (personally i don't like so amazing or just a little bit very much but i still think they are good tracks).... 50 shows so many different flows and uses his voice in so many different ways on the different hooks. He wanted to flaunt that he can do any style that he is able to be multiple artists roled up into 1. The cd has great hard banging tracks, nice laid back track, some tracks for the ladies and the radio..... probably why it sold 1.14 millioin in a short week!

I really like GRODT but the album does not flow as well and he does not switch up his style as much! GRODT had better singles than TM for sure!!! But everyone always talks about how great GRODT is and it is amazing has great tracks but no of his cds will EVER hold up to POTD!!! So it all stupid shit. POTD is the 3rd best hip hop cd in my opinion.....1) Ready To Die, 2) Reasonable Doubt, 3) POTD ... but shit I could argue TM being better than GRODT with anyone, it really is not hard if you listen to music other than just hip-hop!!
