Laugh Now, Cry Later- Ice Cube (X'es Version)

Long but good...Holla.

By far this album is the best West Coast record since The Documentary. Niggas thought that Cube lost steam when he took a break for six years after the War and Peace albums. This may not be the best Ice Cube album ever released, if you compare this record to Amerikkkaz Most Wanted, and Death Certificate...But you gotta understand that albums like those are very hard to top! Cube delivered an album better then anything being released recently, and that's all that matters. Not only on the West but in all Hip Hop. Great production, with great lyrics. Unlike other rappers nowadayz, the nigga Cube is at least sayin' somethin, other then pussy, money and cars. The album is str8 old skool and exactly what you would exspect from Cube.

Tracks like "Child Support," which is my favorite track on the album, and honestly think one of the best this year. He talks about the disgrace of what Hip Hop has become and all the young poppy artists that are not really sayin' nothin'. And all the big named gangsta rappers that should be happy of what they got, and to stop beefin' before they end up in a casket. The nigga Cube kills it on tracks "Stop Snitchin'," and "Click Clack-Get Back," and gets deep on other tracks like "Growin' Up," where he raps about his dayz in the NWA, and up til' now. Theres some head bangin' tracks also...

I was bumpin' this album, and didn't skip through one track. Hip Hop and especially the West Coast needed a record like this, even if Cube ain't as talented, or as big as he used to, it's the best record right now! HOT SHIT!!! Holla atcha boy!!!
