not really good, think u shuld do this over

for one, it looks like hes lying on a bunch of giant sized money
use a photo background of a city or something, this just looks wierd

and learn some effects, try some sig tutorials
they may not be what kind of stuff u wanna make, but itll teach you how to use photoshops and different effects

gettin good at photoshop takes time so keep at it fam
