I'd have to go for "Ballin" in this one too. To be honest, both pieces are rather poor, but obviously the more you both practice the better you'll become. My advice would be to really take your time with your graphics, quality is better than quantity. Don't make 5 sigs in 2 days, as the chances are they'll all be sub-par but if you use those 2 days to make 1 sig, it's more likely to look good.

Bucks Advocate: A positive you can take away from your piece, is that you've attempted to blend Juelz into the surroundings. Unfortunately though, the background itself doesn't really suit the theme and lacks depth. Sometimes making graphics from scratch like you've done may not be the best solution, as you can see "Ballin" has used a picture for his background and altered the colour with brushes etc help suit the theme, simple but relatively effective in this case.

Sooo,i'm not tryin' to teach you both but u have to practice more like u was adviced by Hunter,try some Tutorials or learn it by doing it urself....btw my vote goes 2 Balllllliin'

Bucks Advoate :

Your Sig looks kinda squeezed and Juelz is overbrushed same as the Dipset Logo in the BG.
I even don't know whats that blue circle because it doesn't really "fit" to the green brush..

Balllllin' :

The Stock isn't really good and looks kinda boring, i can see where u've erased some parts of your brushes try different blending options f.ex. for Juelz, add a Lens Flare or sth. else make it look more special or give it that extra something :P
