Jus tiny lil help

hey guys im new to this photshop stuff, but im currently creating my album cover. and need help with one little thing. Can somebody please blend the below image of me into the cover. Like make me at the end of the bridge like. like blended in wit those colors. I keep tryng but it doesn't look like its blended when i do it. Id really appreciate it and rep anybody that helps. thank you
