03/05/08 - Aye playas, I need a cool signature, check it..

Yo guys, I wanted a cool signature about medicine, since I'm a med-student.
Do you think you can get that done for me ^_^?
I want this picture on the left side of the signature:

This picture on the right side:

This one in the middle:

And then I want the picture to have the following quote starting left top and ending at the bottom right . "A surgeon without a scalpel is..." <-- At left top.
At the bottom right --> "...an eagle without wings..." In some damn cool font.

Next to this I want the three images put next to eachother..to...overlap eachother...like fade into eachother, know what I'm saying? And give the whole thing this color:

And of course let it be signature sized, so I can put it in my sig :)

Could someone, very very very very very please do this for me?

Uhh..I will if I can get some kind of preview, I mean I can pay, but I wouldn't know if it will turn out good. Like make it, but watermark it with uhh, the text I dont want for example:

"Bla bla bla bla..." left top and bla bla bla right bottom. etc, so i can see if it's any good ok? And if it is good, i would like it and ill pay you 5 bucks, through paypal right?
