My heart didn’t respond, but my veins, soul, and nerves did
I'm the dude who's trying to make it past cars, hoes, and bling
So imagine my surprise when I was dubbed lord of the rings
Political activists, self-righteous philanthropists, this is one hell of a movie
These days it shouldn’t be news that today, all people feel is fury
Loadin up your CD's, pullin the plug on your TV, is your only means of escape
Cause with it on u aint as bad as a republican, yet you’re nearly as fake
My bags are packed, me and my spaceship off to a new world
Welcome to Krypton bitch, is what I hear when a tongue uncurls
The white house's ignorance is reaching past the sun and the stars
So the next time you hear good music, it'll be when men live on mars

Bloor street taxi cab, they say is full of dynamite
Tear Gas to the face, that wasn’t much of a fight
I guess people really have a need to be on CBC and the BBC
These scrubs should spend some time coppin a GED
