I know I need to come back and shock you somethin' rotten
show all the rappers out there that they seem to of gotten
a little bit lazy, it's crazy to see this game failing
because of these wack rappers posting weak shit daily
and lately i've been patiently holding my breath
to see something amazing to save HH from death
but for every one that comes along,
theres another ten to compete with,
who spittin lame ass flows, and them same old lyrics
When a fresh new Idea becomes the trend of the year,
an if you dont jump on that bandwagon you won't come near
the number one spot, you on point? so who cares,
without Akon or T-pain on it, you're going nowhere!!

If it wasn't for the hood, some o' these people wouldn't even matter
Without there backgrounds, they wouldnt even make it as a rapper
But as soon as they come up, they forget about the hood
Start singing for the shawtys, and E-ey it's all good,
I cant believe these people get away with this shit
only using hip hop to get a number one hit
and how on earth did we allow something like this,
its going against the very reason that hip hop exists
Now it's time to fight back and give rap its soul back
fuck the trendy shit, I want a rapper, a beat and that's that.
