This is a very indepth drop, some cats might be able to relate, some might not...I could give a fuck wat y'all say but this shit is real and from the heart...take this knowledge and embrace it...lol, and if y'all want u can rate it or w/e seems to be going on these days on HH.....anyway, here goes...

My mind is burning with rage as life is turning it's page,
I'm grown up but inside the inner child is yearning to play.
Mischief and laughter my first rich kiss is shattered,
Call me Reflexion the truth is this shit was patterned.
At first this mirror image was of a kid who couldn't read,
Inside I couldn't breathe...
Misfortune took it's toll the dice rolled a life that shouldn't be.
Cats speak of streets my hood was the forest, wood n' trees,
Met the city of techs, respect and knowledge that took to me.
Looked at these cats talked as novice that brought a promise,
Traded brawn for brains, pawned my way and got a godess.
But in this chess'd/chest game the next play can destroy ya next day,
Made a wrong move but didn't lose cuz that's where my chest stays.
Got taken out by the queen yet my soul is what I redeemed,
Then I couldn't deny the weed...
In the end the fork in the road tends to bend as I try to dream.
Ensomnia plays it's roll age doesn't refrain to show,
I still got "thought" but these days my "train" is slow.
Constantly my glass is dry no matter how often u pass the rye,
Youthful memories are all we have realize the past's ur life...
Never let ya life pass u by................................................ .
