Council estates domintate the landscape,
Inside them, the mindstate is to get that cake//
So at the wake of our brothers,
Mothers cry and lovers say goodbye//
And we're left with yet another fatherless child,
Because in the streets some dickhead decided to get wild//
Pull the gun out of his boxers and randomly pull it,
The head of a bystander, pierced by lead bullets//
Cos of that witless bastard, he lies cold in a casket,
So many dying yet we still try to mask it//
No one wants to face up to facts, cos the truth hurts,
But in the darkness of our lives, it paitently lurks//
Ignored and shunned, no one wants the knowledge,
Rather be on the frontline, selling dope than learning in college//
Everyone thinks being a badman is all guns and glamour,
But it ain't so nice, when they locked in the slammer//
Or hit with a hammer, so they constantly talking with a stammer,
Injured for life cos they carried themselves in the wrong manner//
Walking in the wrong manor talking like they're a big man,
got hit with the clips now they lifes sinking like quicksand//

Just a quick verse, was part of a track...that i plan on recording some day...

was ok, might sound better on audio, try rhyming more than one sylabble, work on it..
