Rite, i like to stream the football (soccer to you guys), but when its full screen the pictures kinda blocky and could be clearer...

What , if anything can make the picture quality better? (Is it to do with graphics cards and shit?)

Secondly , i wanna hook my PC to my big screen TV. Now if i did that would the picture quality be even worse? Or is there ways to sort it out?

Nah, it's nothing with the graphics card, it's just the quality of the stream. If it was better, you couldn't even get connected to it cuz it would be too much data to transport.

I don't know the TV thing exactly but I tried it once and it was pretty good quality. If it's not, you can adjust the resolution of the PC to the one from your TV.

I have my pc hooked up to my 32 inch flat screen and the quality is great. I just had to buy a cable and change the settings on the computer.

^Yeah but what do you stream?
Soccer or football... cuz American football, basketball, NHL and stuff are send in the digital way so you can get it with the quality you would get it on your TV by satellite.
But soccer is streamed in an other way, I got no time for exlpanations but there is no way to increase the quality.
