problem with rapidshare
whass good ppls, iight so im having a problem downloading from rapidshare & was hoping someone could help me out. it keeps saying "Your IP address is already downloading a file. Please wait until the download is completed." but i aint downloading shit. i've tried restarting & shutting down but it says the same shit. any one got any help with this????
