Are Dell Studio laptops any good??

the keyboards apparently suck.....although they are more stylish and feature rich....the inspiron offers the better build quality....studios are weak

i personally have had more problems than i ever had w/ my older dell so i would never buy 1 again but they rnt bad

Yea i'm either gonna pick up a Dell Inspiron or a Toshiba.

Does anyone who what the Toshibas are like??

my bro had the studio 15 fully loaded with the backlid keyboard and the LED backlid display...and it really wasnt that great, the worst part was the slot loaded drive..the thing kept gettin stuck and would cause the laptop to restart....the touch button (eject button) never Fckn worked..so every time u put in any dvd or cd, in order to eject it you had to go into my computer right click on the drive and eject it...SO he ended up returning it. I told him to look into the new line of HP computers that are coming out soon..

edit.
i forgot one more thing, and a really important fact.. the Battery life suxs bro...if your really getting one, dont go for the 6cell, pay extra for the 9cell...it would be worth it...
