Got a problem in my computer....

yo yesterday i was using my laptop everything cool. i had to go out so i turned it off.
when i came back i turned it on, everything alright, appeared the screen with the windows logo with the bar loading. so when was supposed to appear the screen to put the password to access the desktop, was only a black screen, but i could see the pointer.
i restarted it a bunch of times and even tried to access it from the safety mode, but the black screen appeared again
i dont know what it could be, anyone got an idea?

yes its authentic, it came with the laptop
