I Once Had This Problem And All Programs Are Bullshit It Just Keeps Coming Back Everytime You Re Start Your Computer, What I Did Was I Use System Restore, It Worked!if It Dont Work Try System Restore In Safe Mode, And I Bet You A Millon Bucks Its Going To Work,peace G Unot
