MMLP, GRODT, Blueprint, Black Album, College Dropout

those are the only albums that i feel will withstand the test of time and be remembered as classics. There were other great albums, but it would take forever to name all of them from a whole decade, so the question should be which albums are classics from the 2000's decade.

depends. if albums made in 2000 count for this decade, then its over December 31st 2009. But if you start January 1, 2001, then the decade is over at the end of 2010

But I think we count 2000 as part of this decade, so its

2000-1
2001-2
2002-3
2003-4
2004-5
2005-6
2006-7
2007-8
2008-9
2009-10

and 2010 starts the new decade until Dec 31 2019, when 2020 starts the next one

decade can start whenever you want it to, it just means ten years.

if we had a list of the best albums of every decade going back to year one, it might matter if there was a year zero or not... but nowadays, you say the best music of the 1970s, people are gonna include 1970 in that. same way that this decade is 2000-2009, even if it means that you can't evenly divide up the years going back
