Banks reported to Ronald Garnett , a Houston Crime investigator,that on Dec.21,2007 Mr.Mcvey confronted him at a show held in Dallas,Tx and threatened him with his with an automatic assault rifle. Then after the threat was made,Mr.Mcvey, striked Banks in the face with the weapon.Lloyd Banks has filed charges against Rap-A-Lot and Z-Ro for the threats and injures at the show. The Houston Police Department is now turning the case over to Dallas Crime Investigators. Z-Ro was arrested New years eve morning and will appear in court March 8, 2008.
