I'm goin' with Lil Wayne out of respect. I've copped both Banks albums and listened to his mixtapes I am bumpen Rotten Apple right now. But Lil Wayne has shown more consistency in making music and releasing mixtapes with punchline after punchline than any other artist in the game. Lloyd Banks was great at punchlines but he gave up that art on Rotten Apple. Lil Wayne deserves more votes, but alot of catz don't feel him so they don't give him the credit he deserves for his consistency.
