now i will admit that hip-hop is a genre of music you can get away with not having as much musical abilities, but what you just said there shows me that you have never tried to sample a song in your life.

Sampling is not easier then developing a hip-hop melody.

An ya, its not just any old song... its about going through a record shop for hours, listening to records for hours, to find that one piece.



An about everyone bein caked up, there are more new artists in rap today then there ever was before, with that comes alot of one hit wonders.

It seems everyone who makes this ringtone music has no passion for music. There fans, not producers. They got into it for the money. Hell they prolly don't even know who J Dilla is without having to google or wiki him.

If we made a thread about, what album ya feelin more .. Lupe's The Cool, or Jeezy's 102 ... an if people started pickin 102 i would have made the same argument lol, so its jus me backing up the music i love against some music i hate. I get crazy with it sometimes cause I mean i just love the traditional ways of classic hip-hop an this crossover sound gets me mad when the classic style hip hop gets lost in it. An since I'm a producer, i bring in the ways of how its made. I bash the simplicity of it.

Now don't get me wrong, the pop/r&b, the producers are great, timbo for example, its the snap/dance producers and fans that im bashin... an lot of you are doin that genre lol ... so its not like im bashin you, its like fighting over politics or religion.
