Unless your making a couple hundred thousand on ya next CD no ones gonna come after ya for not clearing a sample because they'll never hear it, and if they do it'll cost more for courts and lawyers than they could get out of you since its not making a load.

S.T. send me an actually sample, that looks like a pack ya just downloaded from the internet lot of them been used already an I'm not gonna use ne of them sounds like I said I got my own from choppin drums off vinyl over the years.

Deezy, u might know this, im usin a condesnor mic, so if i were to get a 24 Bit sound card that would still up my quality right ? like it doesnt matter that the mics a condensor ?

i think so cause my cousin gotz a 24 bit sound card but tha only thing i dont know iz if hiz micz a condensor. i'll call him and den i can give u a definite yes or no

i just found out that no matter what type of mic it is, the recordin goes through the sound card anyway, so it will help no matter if its a condensor or not, propz
