petey, i must ask, do u (or anyone else in here) know about sound cards ? i was gonna bet a 24 bit sound card i saw but didnt know if it would improve my quality or not seein as im usin a condensor mic :\

sound cards play a big part as well a 24 bit would do real good but u will still need a good mic....sound cards will boost the quality alot but people can still hear the difference i would say get the soundcard first then the mic

Get an audio interface, can hook the mic up right now it, then you can just mix everything down electronically on the computer.
