No, you cannot.

The vote should count because:

1. When Hova voted we were not making a crew together and we're still not in a crew, therefore.. the vote is not breaking any rules either way.
2. He explained his vote in cats & broke it down line by line
3. Any vote could be biased.

look i dont got beef with esco or nj but gunna IMed me about me voting in this battle when i didnt even vote so i came to look at what was going on

it looks like hova is being biaste, especially when he mentions there future battle in his vote for the other guy

we all know it dont look good to lose a match right before another one, and for him to shout out that they gonna battle just looks a lil fishy thats all, but like esco said any vote can be biaste but at the same time not every vote looks biaste
